Pass have been more of a family to me than just a driving school

Sarah's Story

I started working as a driving instructor 16 years ago for big named driving schools plus had my own driving school. When I moved down to Herne Bay, I was looking for a good local driving school and first met John, the owner of Pass down at Herne Bay market, where he was promoting the driving school.

John and the rest of the Pass driving school team made me feel very welcome from start to finish. There has been plenty of work (if not a bit too much at times) and I know if I had any problems with not being able to take a pupil for a test or wanting help with a mock test that any of the other Pass driving instructors would be willing to help if they were able to.

I’ve represented one of the biggest driving schools in the UK before and always felt you were on your own if you had any problems, however this was never the case with Pass. Pass have been more of a family to me than just a driving school and I feel very lucky to represent them and proud to have called myself a Pass instructor.

John, the rest of the instructors, and Claire in the office do an amazing job.
