If you are booking for an INTENSIVE COURSE please complete the enrolment form first, as we do have to check we can offer one for you. We do NOT ask for any payments up front and are now booking in for October.
Steve has over 38 years of driving experience joining the Pass driving team in 2017 after relocating as an independent instructor within the London area. Steve lives in Herne (Herne Bay) and covers Whitstable and Herne Bay and surrounding areas.
Steve is an ‘A’ Grade Instructor.
Steve is based in Herne Bay also covering Whitstable Herne Bay and surrounding areas, offering his pupils a comprehensive, effective learning / driving experience, carried out in a safe, calm and relaxed atmosphere.
With over 38 years driving experience Steve is qualified to teach across the board from complete novice, to the qualified driver who may require just a few refresher lessons and or tips on Eco-driving.
Lessons are tailored to the needs of each individual student. Steve provides support and guidance to the most nervous of pupils encouraging confidence through teaching of safe competent driving techniques.
I am married and live in the Herne Bay Area. I am a very patient and calm person. I do bring out the best in my students by building on their confidence to ensure their full potential is achieved. I joined Pass driving School as it ticked all the boxes when it came to safe driving for life, not just ensuring students pass the driving test.

Can’t praise Pass enough! My daughter who is a shy timid young lady was catered for perfectly by Pass. We went to there charity event first in Herne bay and got a feel for the car and met her instructor for the first time. She was assigned to Steve under the schools recommendation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The managers of this company managed to get me a last minute mock test with one of their instructors Steve! Steve done a mock test with me a week before my test in Herne bay which is an area I am not familiar with (my test was booked for Herne bay) Steve gave me tips and gave me a list of things to work on before my test day and he also answered texts I sent him in regard to questions I had about my test day. I came out with a pass and 0 minors! Thank you to Pass driving school for fitting me in last minute and Steve to your words of encouragement and tips
