Liz has now retired from practical driving lessons as from the end of October 2025, but available for weekday 1:1 Theory Test Tutoring lessons in Thanet and Herne Bay. Liz can also assist students who may be struggling with the Theory Test. Home visits can be arranged with notice.
Liz has over 43 years driving experience and a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM), also passing her advanced training as an IAM local observer, this enables Liz to help and train other fully qualified drivers develop a safer style of driving

I am very patient and calming person and believe in giving my students the best driving experience possible whilst training, and preparing them with real driving experiences, driving is not just about the test its about safe driving for life.
A big thank you to my instructor Liz Camp who has looked after me for these past 18 months. She has been patient, friendly, easy to talk to, motivated me when I’ve needed it and taken things at my own pace ( when I’ve needed it) which has been great as an anxious student. I cannot recommend Liz enough, she has never given up on me( even though I’ve been a complete mess in her car at times ) and I owe her a lot .
I would like to thank Liz for putting up with me. She was really patient and fun to have as an instructor. It still feels a little weird not waking up for my lessons on a Saturday morning. Thanks Liz .
