Charlotte has been driving since 2008. After working in London for 8 years in the legal/law sector, she then joined the Pass team in 2023.
Charlotte trained under the PDIT programme.
Whilst now living locally, she offers weekday driving lessons, working alongside family and home life.
Charlotte is a family person. More so a self- proclaimed ‘animal’ person.
Charlotte offers manual lessons in Herne Bay, Whitstable, Canterbury and surrounding areas
I am passionate about teaching in a calm, relaxed manner of driving, putting everyone at ease immediately and ensuring the calmest environment possible. I am also equally passionate about an economical way and style of driving.
I still can not believe I passed FIRST time! I literally couldn’t have done it without the support and patience of my amazing instructor Charlotte Ellis. Her relaxed approach to teaching always made me feel so at ease and there was never any pressure, It was always an enjoyable lesson. Even when I’d get frustrated and over reverse bay parking Charlotte has such a way of building up confidence in yourself and giving you the confidence with your own decision making. I’ve had previous instructors in the past but Charlotte is without a doubt the best one I could have finally asked for. I couldn’t have done it without her! I can’t recommend her enough.
I passed yesterday it was my FIRST attempt! I can’t thank the Pass Driving School enough. I changed from my old instructor to the pass driving school and I really believe I would have passed if I didn’t come to them. My instructor Charlotte gave me so much confidence for when I drive and helped me out massively I can’t thank you enough Charlotte you have changed my life of driving. Highly recommend .
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’I started only 4 months ago with Charlotte, and I’m happy to say that I passed this week with no minors! From the get go Charlotte was so brilliant, making sure that I was out on the road and getting all the experience I needed. She made sure I understood everything and let me guide my lessons in a way that helped me learn quicker. She was always up for a chat and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t recommend my driving instructor, Charlotte, highly enough. From day one, she was patient, calm and positive and explained manoeuvres clearly to me. What stood out most was her ability to adapt to my learning style. Whether I needed diagrams, demonstrations, or step-by-step guidance, she tailored each lesson to what helped me learn best. Charlotte always communicated clearly and encouraged me every step of the way—with constructive feedback that made me feel confident rather than criticised. Her supportive approach helped me progress quickly and I was thrilled to pass my test first time! I’d also like to thank the lovely instructor Alex for his help throughout the beginning.
