Charlotte has been driving since 2008. After working in London for 8 years in the legal/law sector, she then joined the Pass team in 2023.
Charlotte trained under the PDIT programme.
Whilst now living locally, she offers weekday driving lessons, working alongside family and home life.
Charlotte is a family person. More so a self- proclaimed ‘animal’ person.

I am passionate about teaching in a calm, relaxed manner of driving, putting everyone at ease immediately and ensuring the calmest environment possible. I am also equally passionate about an economical way and style of driving.
I started learning to drive with Charlotte in June and on Wednesday I passed my test on my FIRST try. Every time we had a lesson she put a smile on my face and always took a genuine interest in the wide variety of topics we talked about. She’s was so patient with me when I made mistakes but always kept encouraging me to keep m aking progress. She is chatty, friendly and a great teacher, everything you need in an instructor.
Just passed my test FIRST time with the help of Charlotte !!! She made me feel so comfortable and safe and she was constantly praising me. And encouraged me and helped whenever I made mistakes and gave me lots of tips she really helped me built up my confidence with my driving. she is a really calm and funny instructor it’s always such a laugh with her which made me feel so relaxed and not be nervous. She is honestly the best instructor she’s always in a good mood and makes everyone feel so comfortable. Honestly, go grab yourself the best instructor there is. Thanks so much, Charlotte. You are the best.
Just passed FIRST time after having lessons with Charlotte. Can't recommend her enough!! So lovely and patient and a really great teacher, helping me prepare for the test but also real-world driving too
Just passed with Charlotte Ellis and couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Was just like driving with a friend really funny, patient definitely helped with my confidence. Very lucky I had her. Cant thank her enough. A great instructor and person all round.
Hi I’m Natalie i recently past with this awesome company I have been trying to learn to drive for many years I did give up when I first moved here because yet again I failed Then I contacted gill she was so patient with me and told me what I needed to do so I did it and this year I wanted to start again So I told gill my concerns and she gave me a lovely lady called Charlotte First lesson she had to meet me at the doctors because I have a fybro She was so patient with me getting to know me we had so many laughs and we Evan went on a road trip for a couple of hours I didn’t feel fear at all she made it so easy for me and the faith she had in me I wasn’t used to it So then gill and Charlotte decided I was ready I was scared But I had a bath night before and didn’t wake my girls up and totally chilled out then Charlotte came to get me I was so calm and had a good hour before I had problems but they were resolved then went for the big test and I past I really can’t thank u enough for believing in me I got this would like to say a massive thank you to Gill and Charlotte for giving my freedom and not having to rely on no one but me sending you all so much love ❤️
