Charlotte has been driving since 2008. After working in London for 8 years in the legal/law sector, she then joined the Pass team in 2023.
Charlotte trained under the PDIT programme.
Whilst now living locally, she offers weekday driving lessons, working alongside family and home life.
Charlotte is a family person. More so a self- proclaimed ‘animal’ person.

I am passionate about teaching in a calm, relaxed manner of driving, putting everyone at ease immediately and ensuring the calmest environment possible. I am also equally passionate about an economical way and style of driving.
I passed 2nd time on the 23rd August with the help of Charlotte (Herne Bay), my experience with pass and Charlotte couldn’t have been any better than it was, she made me feel at ease and comfortable when I first started driving all the way up to my test, talking through everything I did right or wrong, what I could improve on and made each drive the best experience, I couldn’t recommend Pass or Charlotte enough.
I still can not believe I passed FIRST time! I literally couldn’t have done it without the support and patience of my amazing instructor Charlotte Ellis. Her relaxed approach to teaching always made me feel so at ease and there was never any pressure, It was always an enjoyable lesson. Even when I’d get frustrated and over reverse bay parking Charlotte has such a way of building up confidence in yourself and giving you the confidence with your own decision making. I’ve had previous instructors in the past but Charlotte is without a doubt the best one I could have finally asked for. I couldn’t have done it without her! I can’t recommend her enough.
Just passed with Charlotte Ellis and couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Was just like driving with a friend really funny, patient definitely helped with my confidence. Very lucky I had her. Cant thank her enough. A great instructor and person all round.

Would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Charlotte she was amazing with my son Jamie made him feel totally at easy and full of confidents he works away a lot so could only do lessons at certain times and she always made time to fit him in no matter what. Would definitely recommend her to anyone, will be keeping her number safe for my daughter in a couple of years. Thank you Charlotte he couldn’t have done it without you. Xx’
