He is family oriented and lives with his wife, sons Maxwell and Leodore and cat Miss Miggles.
Alan trained with the in-house Pass PDIT and joined Pass in 2022.

If you really want to pass FIRST time in your practical I really really recommend Alan Hayward, really amazing, entertaining guy, always making you feel comfortable while driving and giving you really good driving tips Also a shoutout to John for leading me his car for the test !! Lol

I felt comfortable being honest with him, and his ability to switch between serious guidance and light humour really helped me stay grounded and build confidence.
