Charlotte has been driving since 2008. After working in London for 8 years in the legal/law sector, she then joined the Pass team in 2023.
Charlotte trained under the PDIT programme.
Whilst now living locally, she offers weekday driving lessons, working alongside family and home life.
Charlotte is a family person. More so a self- proclaimed ‘animal’ person.

I am passionate about teaching in a calm, relaxed manner of driving, putting everyone at ease immediately and ensuring the calmest environment possible. I am also equally passionate about an economical way and style of driving.
I passed yesterday it was my FIRST attempt! I can’t thank the Pass Driving School enough. I changed from my old instructor to the pass driving school and I really believe I would have passed if I didn’t come to them. My instructor Charlotte gave me so much confidence for when I drive and helped me out massively I can’t thank you enough Charlotte you have changed my life of driving. Highly recommend .
I passed 2nd time on the 23rd August with the help of Charlotte (Herne Bay), my experience with pass and Charlotte couldn’t have been any better than it was, she made me feel at ease and comfortable when I first started driving all the way up to my test, talking through everything I did right or wrong, what I could improve on and made each drive the best experience, I couldn’t recommend Pass or Charlotte enough.
Just passed my test FIRST time with the help of Charlotte !!! She made me feel so comfortable and safe and she was constantly praising me. And encouraged me and helped whenever I made mistakes and gave me lots of tips she really helped me built up my confidence with my driving. she is a really calm and funny instructor it’s always such a laugh with her which made me feel so relaxed and not be nervous. She is honestly the best instructor she’s always in a good mood and makes everyone feel so comfortable. Honestly, go grab yourself the best instructor there is. Thanks so much, Charlotte. I still can not believe I passed FIRST time! I literally couldn’t have done it without the support and patience of my amazing instructor Charlotte Ellis. Her relaxed approach to teaching always made me feel so at ease and there was never any pressure, It was always an enjoyable lesson. Even when I’d get frustrated and over reverse bay parking Charlotte has such a way of building up confidence in yourself and giving you the confidence with your own decision making. I’ve had previous instructors in the past but Charlotte is without a doubt the best one I could have finally asked for. I couldn’t have done it without her! I can’t recommend her enough.
